In the fall of 1980, I was working a job and driving from Santa Barbara to LA, when I heard a song on KLOS - Hell Is For Children. The DJ didn't give the artist/title, but the song just wrecked me.
Three hours later, back in SB, I walked into the record store across the street and asked the guy behind the counter if he knew this song Hell is for Children. He showed me your album, and I bought it on the spot.
This morning on the way to work I popped in the cassette tape I made of your album, and hear this song. 20 years later, it STILL makes me cry. Thank you for telling it how it is, and how it should NOT be.
